5.1 Use of OpenAI

To generate suggestions, ideas, scripts, creative insights, and plans, we send your user-generated text to OpenAI for processing.

OpenAI processes this information to generate outputs but does not use your content to train its models unless you have explicitly opted in through their ecosystem.

fgmnt does not opt users into training.

We only send what is necessary for your request.

 

We don’t use your prompts to build our own datasets without your permission.

At any time, you can:

• Request deletion of your input content

• Request deletion of generated outputs

6. Legal bases for processing (GDPR & UK GDPR)

• Contract - to deliver the product you sign up for

fgmnt includes optional community spaces hosted by WIX and, soon, Discourse.

• Any content you share publicly is visible to other community members

We do not collect additional personal information in our community spaces.

10. Data retention

We keep your personal data for 1 year, unless a longer period is legally required.

If you delete your account:

• Your personal data is deleted immediately

• Backup systems may take up to 30 days to fully purge anonymized traces
   

We may keep anonymized usage statistics that cannot identify you.
