We periodically offer trials and intro discounts. If one is available, you’ll see it on the homepage. That said we do have free content, our basic guides and access to our Creator community can be enjoyed by everyone without the need to pay.

11. How do I update my payment details?

​

Login → Account Settings → Billing.

From there you can update your card, email, or subscription.

12. How do I cancel my subscription?

​

You can cancel anytime in Account Settings. Your access runs until the end of your current billing period.

13. Do you offer refunds?

​

We don’t offer refunds for monthly subscriptions, but if something has gone wrong or you feel the product isn’t working for you, email us at  reach@virulenceindustries.com - we’ll always try to help.
