fgmnt provides AI-assisted content ideation tools, creative support, community features, and learning resources to help creators generate ideas, scripts, prompts, trends analysis, and creative plans.

We aim to help you create more confidently, consistently, and efficiently - but you remain responsible for how you use the content we generate.

2. Eligibility

To use fgmnt, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old

• Have the legal authority to accept these Terms

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
   

If you're under the age required to consent to data processing in your region, you must have a parent or guardian’s permission.

You keep full ownership of anything you submit.

To operate the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Process your content through our AI tools

• Store it securely

We do not claim ownership of your content.

4.4 Responsible use

You agree not to submit content that is:

​

• Illegal

• Harmful, threatening, or abusive

• Infringing on someone else’s rights

• Designed to generate spam, misinformation, or harmful outputs

5. AI-generated content

​

fgmnt uses OpenAI to generate ideas, scripts, hooks, content plans, and other creative outputs.

5.1 AI outputs may not be perfect

​

AI-generated content may sometimes be:

• Inaccurate

• Outdated

• Unexpected

• Not suitable for all audiences
   

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before using it.

5.2 No guarantees

​

We do not guarantee:

​

• Virality of content

• Specific engagement results

• 100% accuracy of AI output
   

Use the results at your own discretion.

6. Acceptable use

 

You agree not to:

​

• Reverse-engineer or misuse the service

• Attempt to interfere with our systems or security

• Use AI outputs to spread misinformation, harm, or harassment

• Use the platform to create harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful content

• Resell or redistribute the service without our permission
   

Violations may result in suspension or termination.

7. Payment & subscriptions

7.1 Pricing

fgmnt is offered as a subscription service. Prices are listed on fgmnt.ai and may change over time.

7.2 Billing

​

Payments are securely handled through WIX. We do not store your full payment information.

​

​

7.3 Renewals

​

Unless cancelled, your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period.

​

​

7.4 Cancellations

​

You may cancel at any time through your account.

If you cancel, your subscription continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

​

7.5 Refunds

​

Refunds may be offered at our discretion and in accordance with applicable laws.

​

8. Community rules (WIX & Discourse)

​

fgmnt’s community spaces are meant to be safe, supportive, and creative.

​

By participating, you agree to:

​

• Be respectful

• Avoid harassment, hate speech, or abusive behaviour

• Not share others’ content without permission

• Follow moderators’ guidance
   

We may remove content or terminate access for behaviour that harms the community.

9. Third-party services

​

fgmnt integrates with external providers, including:

​

• Azure (hosting)

• OpenAI (AI processing)

• Google Analytics (analytics)

• WIX (payments & community features)

• NameCheap (email)
   

Your use of these features may also be subject to their privacy or service terms.

10. Intellectual property

​

Everything on fgmnt (branding, UI, features, learning content, templates, and code) belongs to Virulence Industries Ltd.

​

You may not copy, resell, or modify fgmnt’s intellectual property without permission.

​

AI-generated content based on your inputs belongs to you, subject to the rights and limitations described in OpenAI’s policies.

11. Availability & updates

​

fgmnt may occasionally update, suspend, or modify features as needed.

​

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access but will make reasonable efforts to maintain service reliability.

12. Termination

​

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

​

• You violate these Terms

• You misuse the platform

• Required for safety, legal reasons, or security
   

You may terminate your account at any time.

Upon termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

fgmnt is provided “as is” and “as available”, without guarantees.

​

We specifically disclaim:

​

• Warranties of accuracy

• Warranties of fitness for a particular purpose

• Warranties of uninterrupted service

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Virulence Industries Ltd. is not liable for:

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
